Agrees to abide by all safety instruction either conveyed on Safety Signage or by verbal instruction from the CAFU Pilot.

Ensures that the vehicle to be refueled is parked and the engine switched off.

Does not enter the Designated Exclusion Zone set up by the CAFU Pilot.

Makes no attempt to operate or handle any of the equipment being used either to deliver the fuel or provide a safe environment for the process.

Does not smoke within the Designated Exclusion Zone.

Does not use a mobile phone or a similar electronic device within the Designated Exclusion Zone.

Ensures children are kept under control and do not interfere with equipment or distract the CAFU Pilot during the refueling process.

Agrees not to attempt to enter or exit the vehicle during the refueling delivery to avoid the potential for any build-up of static electricity during the refueling process.
